MONEY BACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for orders purchased from Pharmacy4less and can only be applied for on the Poweroll website
2. Unused Poweroll products, Money Back Guarantee form and copy of your invoice must be returned to Poweroll to be eligible for your money back
3. Money Back Guarantee form:
   • must be fully completed;
   • invoice must be returned with Poweroll products;
   • will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect
4. Poweroll products:
   • must have been tried for at least 7 days;
   • must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
5. One refund of Poweroll products only per family at any one address.
6. Refund must be applied for no less than 20 days after purchase.
7. Application for refund must be post marked no more than 20 days after purchase.
8. Refund Payments will be made:
   • for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
   • Electrical fund transfer;
   • unused Poweroll products postage costs will not be refunded. Poweroll reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
9. Poweroll reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. Poweroll will not be held responsible for orders lost in transit.
